The product I received is so far from what is advertised on the website, even if it was the same material/color the print is all messed up with several blank spaces and errors. Customer service is unwilling to give a full refund unless I pay for $30 shipping, which was $9 when I ordered it. Do not spend your money here!
Do not purchase from this company they are stealing photos from another business that actually sell the items. They do not carry the true item.
This is a scam site!!!! If you return any items they will request you send it to an address in the UK. I know because I've had 3 lots of returns arrive at my address. You won't ever get the refund!
Just go to Temu or SHEIN!!! Crappy quality and NOTHING like the photo. Terrible to liaise with via email and refuses full refunds even though you dont receive what is advertised
West Boho steals pictures from other companies, post them in their online store, and then send you an item that is similar and I use that word ingest, because the item they will send you will maybe be the same color, but the material will be different. The details will be different and it’ll be a much lesser quality. I ordered a brown suede fringe jacket that had star and arrow details zippers on the sleeves with a braided detail and detail on the shoulder. What I got was an unlined, Paul blithest tiny jacket that had fringe, but the type that just would be cut with scissors no finished details no authentic suede no lining nothing. It was a jacket you could buy at the flea market for seven dollars. By the way, they automatically charge you an extra two dollars for a service where you can return the item for free in 14 days. However, there’s no packing slip. There’s nothing in there that gives you anyway to return it. When I contacted their support, I was told that I would have to return it myself and that the shipping charges would be very high, and I could keep the item and they would refund me $30. I inquired about the free returns for up to 14 days, they won’t even talk about that. They came back and offered a $50 refund. Also, the item shipped from California so those shipping charges would not be high. This company is a complete scam.
Just received my order and clothes are TRASH!!! Not even worth donating!!!!!! I’ll be contacting BBB!!! You should be ashamed!!!!! This company is quality is trash!!!
This company sells counterfeit versions of what’s pictured on their website. The quality of the items you receive is no where near the quality of the items pictured. Also their customer service team when asked for a return label try and offer you a 10 dollar refund. Instead of sending you a return label.
SCAM SCAM SCAM 100% a scam! I purchased a $60 jumpsuit plus $9.00 shipping. Was sent a completely wrong item- that was hideous and cheap. They refused to answer emails for three weeks. Now they keep saying I have to pay for shipping to return it which they are telling me is super expensive and I will only get a 30% refund. They keep trying to convince me to keep it.
Compete scam!!! They send you a knockoff of what is described and refuse to give a refund. I had to dispute the charges. This company isn't even American the crap comes from China and is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered an $85 pair of overalls with butterflies and the material isn’t even jean! The post for it has beautiful butterflies and these look horrible. I wasted so much money and took over a month to get to me! Don’t buy from here!!!
So i did get my packages on time and i do like the quality. But two of the items i ordered are not the colors i picked. I don’t mind the colors i received so i will keep them but just be aware. If they were the correct colors, i would’ve given 5 stars.
This company is an utter scam! Do not I repeat do not buy anything from them. I ordered a striped denim jumpsuit and when it arrived well over one month later, it was made of a plastic vinyl type tablecloth material. Complete garbage. When I tried to return it, they offered me $10 and told me my photos of the product were consistent with their advertised product. They should be put out of business stat.
I would give zero stars if I had the option. Thankfully I only purchased 2 items unlike these other unfortunate customers who lost out on much more $. On one of the tshirts I ordered the logo was completely backwards. How does this even happen. Seriously disappointed in myself for even purchasing from them. Don’t do it.
Absolute scam! Took months to receive and the clothes were not only. It what I ordered but were literal plastic costume like material. I paid $170 for 4 items and it seems impossible to return since none of their support links work. I can’t believe it
Scam company. I received a completely different item than what I purchased (literally months later), and when contacting their customer service about it they tried to bribe me with money?? Definitely a scam. I purchased a cardigan originally and they sent me shapewear? The most bizarre experience honestly.
If i could give the company a minus rating I would. Poor quality products once they arrived. Returns policy absolutely fabricated and the links on their website don't work. Had to pay extortionate cost to return the stuff to their China address. it was sent by recorded delivery so I could see when it was delivered and signed for by them. They first off offered $30 and said I don't have to send the items back, this order was $190, then a further off of $50, again rejected it did not want to keep the items that wre sub standard produce. After now what has been almost 3 month they are not responding to any emails and no sign of any refund. Scam company, lessons learnt
