I have to send money to my friend in Jamaica because she's in a vulnerable state, so I send here money often to take care of her medical bills, her children. But whenever money sent reaches a certain total within a 30 days period, you block her from receiving it. And that's a major inconvenience for us, she basically needs my financial support to keep her above the poverty line.
