The overall ordering process was kludgy, inefficient and frustrating.The fog light product description lacked key details and also was inconsistent - first it stated that bulbs were included and then in the following paragraph stated that they were not. As it turns out, the lights did come with bulbs and the set of H10/9145 lamps that I bought was an unnecessary purchase. Price was okay, product quality was acceptable and shipping was fast.

The rim arrived on time and looks great. It readily accepted mounting of a new tire, and installed just fine on my car. But it will NOT accept a brand new or original wheel cover. Something in the inner diameter of the rim differs from OEM spec's . . . this is very frustrating to say the least. Because this rim will not accept a wheel cover, I cannot restore my car to its original appearance.

Number one you sent three left wheels and one right two of the left Wheels were bent the right wheel was also bent and you never had the fourth wheel yet you took my money knowing you didn't have a fourth wheel and sent three left Wheels when they were only supposed to be two now I have not received the mailing label for the third one that was supposed to be sent already also my money has not been refunded now I expect to see the refund for three wheels two left and one right you people put those Wheels in a box and sent them to me knowing they were bent is that how you guys do business I don't think so this is not the way to treat a disabled veteran or anybody else for that matter I wish I could have done the proper business with you but we can so could you please make sure that my money is refunded to American Express they have been notified thank you for trying that you need to do a lot better have you been in business a long time doesn't seem like it have a nice day
