Shipping was fantastic (literally next business day). The wheel/rim came packaged well and was exactly as described and a perfect match to my OEM wheels at more than 50% less than OEM from the dealership.

Wheel is great having it put on tomorrow. But was disappointing was I went through the process to get a 10% discount with giving you guys information, I then received my verification code and try to apply it three different ways and couldn’t get my 10% that you told me I would get upon giving you information. Unfortunately, not surprising and very disappointing. If you’re going to give me that 10% on a future purchase then it’s not surprising that it’s probably done by design. If you send me a check for the 10% then I know it’s genuine. Thank you for sending me the rim. I appreciate that.

When i called wheels ship to get some info. The gentlemen answered all my questions. And when I received my package, everything was like, he said it was here in three days and it was well protected. I went with affirm and that was quick amd painless as well .

Their customer service department is second to none. I had an issue with getting only 3 of the 4 specified wheels I ordered. The service department specifically John, immediately sprung into action and took care of all my needs on several occasions. One due to shipping damage.

I ordered and paid for items that were in stock on a Wednesday night. All the fine print says they ship 24hrs after payment. So they had Thursday and Friday to process it and ship it. They didn't ship for 8 days, and that was only after 2 polite emails asking for updates. I ordered 4 silver wheels. I got 3 silver and 1 gunmetal gray. Not happy at all. Its been weeks now, and I still don't have wheels that I can use. Can't even mount the 3 good ones, because now they're out of stock! Then you can have em all back.
