Wheelzy was quick and easy. Had great communication and they were on top of their responses with any questions i had and being able to text them for anything was a plus. Really helpful people and towing was quick and easy despite having the issues and risks with getting my car on a bed on a downhill slope with no brakes. They matched my asking price for what we were looking for even though i know i could've gotten more out of it, but still a decent price.

The ability to match my disabled car with a salvage dealer and get unexpectedly good price for it was great.
The verification process was a bit challenging, but in the end I was able to get the check I was promised.

Would have given 5 stars if there was no miscommunication regarding my original appointment time being rescheduled. It was stressful to deal with and recover from having a 2nd reschedule due to the companies miscommunication of my availability. However, the process was simple, smooth, and quick with the online application, quote, and setting things up (initially). Staff are kind, patient, accountable, and work well under pressure. They are professional and I recommend them.

Did not keep word offered one price on line then when came to pick up dropped the price

The people picked up my car a month ago and I keep receiving tickets in the mail. No one helps you our when you call they refer you to another number that no one answers. 3 freaking tickets since 7/8 and they don't care to help.
