Brittany (Wheezly) is very responsive and friendly. Keep checking on status until even after the tow guy tow away the car. Raul (Tow guy) is also very friendly and very professional .. Keep his promise on giving me 30-minutes call before coming over, and very friendly although my car is no longer can start (and one of the front axel already broken) since he had to do more work. Overall, very smooth and hassle free process from contacting Wheelzy the night before and car is towed away by noon today.

Surprisingly easy; helped me navigate the entire thing. Specifically Magdaleno. From offer to pick-up in two days. Communicated the entire time. Check cleared. Hated selling my car, but at least they made the process easy.

Excellent, courteous and fast! Answered a few questions and scheduled pick up. The driver picking up the vehicle had check in hand. They helped me get the title and even sent a reminder in case I forgot to remove the lic plate so they could help. The best way to take care of this and not have to worry about a thing!

The agreed price was less than I was hoping for but more than they wanted to pay. That made it a fair deal. Their operation is well designed and well executed. I contacted them at 7:30am and the old car was gone and I had my money 11:00. The people working were fast , helpful and professional You will be glad you called them.
