The whole experience from start to finish was very professional. Tim showed up when he said he would. He handled the paperwork and payment quickly, loaded my truck up and was gone in 20 minutes. I will definitely call them again if I need to get rid of a vehicle. The price they gave me was more than what expected based on other quotes. Very good experience. I even told my neighbor about them.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Took about an hour and a half, but that's OK. Final pricing offer for my car was fair, considering how many miles it had on it (418,000 miles). They actually offered almost double what another company offered me when my car was still running.

Very naggy I received texts and calls…
Very naggy I received texts and calls from them about every hour after I scheduled my car and then their sub contracted drive who barely spoke English drove to a completely different address. Then when they arrived they offered less than what they had originally told me. 3 stars is fair.
