Abigail truly exceeded our expectations…
Abigail truly exceeded our expectations and made our day! We inadvertently signed up and paid for monthly parking not realizing it didn’t include overnight parking. My son is in college out of town and we had to obtain parking elsewhere. We got in touch with WhereiPark and Abigail helped us immediately, and gave us a full refund. Thank you, Abigail, we really appreciated your understanding!

I have parked on one of WhereiPark's…
I have parked on one of WhereiPark's properties in Los Angeles for the last 3 years and have always been satisfied with the high level of their customer service. Recently, I started parking in our office building and had to close my contract with them. Customer Support Specialist Mitzki handled the process with professionalism and care, replying to my emails the next day, as promised, with honest and courteous answers. Al in all, I was very satisfied with my experience and optimistic that a great customer service still exists. Thanks!
