Excellent quality and top notch customer service! The pillowcases and pillow protectors are thick and soft. I’ve only used the duvet insert for one night, but it was the perfect weight and cozy. Alex was VERY responsive via email and I couldn’t have asked for better support as a first time buyer.

Very rarely am I so impressed with a purchase that I leave a review. However, the quilted pillow protectors & mattress cover warrant a mention. Both the pillow and mattress covers are as described, and very well made, exceptional quality. Some reviews have mentioned the quilted pillow protectors made their pillows stiff, but I love that the covers make my down pillows a bit more firm. Down & feather pillows can be too soft & not hold the neck properly; the covers helped. The mattress protector fits beautifully. I laundered & dried them in a dryer before using, & they did fine. Their customer service response was also good: I had an issue with the mattress protector not arriving on the scheduled delivery date & not having shipped. After I contacted customer service, they responded in a timely fashion telling me what had happened & what was being done to get my item to me. They also gave me an additional discount for the delay, and contacted me when the item was being shipped.

I purchased 5 full-sized and 2 twin-sized mattress pads as house-warming gifts. The gifts were very much appreciated and the recipients love the softness and the fact that the cotton is organic. Very important for a family with allergy issues. I also love working with this company and they were very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you!

The 100% cotton throws (2) were just as described. The quality, size and lighter weight are perfect for my needs to use in the evening with the AC and/or ceiling fan operating The natural color is classy looking The sales associate described the throw exactly.

I was under the impression that this mattress protector was bed bug proof. It doesn't look like it is to me. I was also swayed to this product is organic. Being organic is very important to me.

The product (twin mattress cover) is incredible quality and feel. Hands down the softest cover we have ever purchased. We reached out to customer service regarding a personal preference that our grandson expressed regarding his new cover, and they were so kind and caring and helped us same day. This company has so much integrity. We highly recommend!

The sheets are top quality, the website and ordering process were easy. The best sheets cost real money, sigh. For other shoppers, when you see customer complaints about wrinkles, take it as a recommendation that the sheets are not treated with an anti-wrinkle chemical.
