The perfect business
The single greatest experience I've ever had across any industry. Not just retail, literally anywhere. I have now placed two online orders, both have been quick and the products perfect. Each came with a handwritten postcard. The in store experience is above and beyond. They genuinely cared. They asked questions and took the time to figure out what I needed, instead of just trying to sell me something. They made sure I was comfortable and we chatted. We talked foams, laces, toe boxes, tongues, heel collars, and more. I was given an americano while I waited. We discussed training, past races, upcoming races, you name it. I struggle to find the words to explain the experience but it could not have been better. I immediately called my wife and kids to tell them about it, that's how greatly I was affected. This is the single best business I have ever come across and they have my loyalty when it comes to any product or service they offer. The world needs more of this and I hope they never change.

Arron! As a fellow runner and owner of the shop this feedback is exactly what I aimed for when starting the shop - people first, retail second. We get to meet so many incredibly people through the shop and these relationships / being a community resource is what makes it so fun to do what we do. I discovered after an online search that White Mountain Ski Co. was one of just a few companies that stocked the super light windbreaker that I wanted. But before I did that I called the brick and mortar store and spoke to one of their associates about the true color of the windbreaker (it's so hard to tell from the pictures). His input was right on! Talk about service! The jacket was in the mail the next day. It shipped regular mail, via USPS, to California and it arrived within days. Such a pleasant experience.

Excellent service from knowledgeable people, I picked up two sets of skis from their fire sale, probably the busiest day of their year. Not only did they take the time to fit my boots to my skis. They took the time to teach me how to adjust my girlfriend’s bindings later AND answered all of my questions. Even with all of the movement and chaos of the fire sale around me, they took the time to ensure I was set up with both the gear and the knowledge to succeed. I am grateful for their time.
