SCAM!
I purchased a necklace from the company, which closely resembled the Paspaley pearl cage necklace. After reaching out via email to inquire about the tracking number, I did not receive a response for several weeks. Upon following up again, I was informed that the necklace was not available in stock and that the warehouse was facing difficulties. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a refund or an estimated shipping date, I was initially informed that the item would be sent within a few weeks and advised to wait patiently. After another follow-up email, the company finally agreed to issue a refund, but only after several additional emails were exchanged. The entire process has spanned over a period of 3-4 months. As a goodwill gesture, the company offered me a necklace, given the circumstances. However, in a subsequent email, I was informed that their system could not locate my address in their files and stated that shipping to Australia was not possible. I provided an alternate address in Singapore, but was then informed that I would need to purchase the item and was only offered a $5 discount. I am greatly disappointed by the level of incompetence demonstrated throughout this ordeal, leading me to question the legitimacy of this company! I believe the company is a scam.
