Excellent idea. Overall, the service did exactly what I wanted. Really good price. The only downside was around the delivery and collection. The delivery was 3 hours early...what would have happened if we weren't home? The collection was over an hour late.
The customer service team were very helpful throughout the whole service. The order process was straight forward. The delivery driver set up the equipment without being asked. I literally have no negatives to say.
I can't believe this service exists! We told everyone we'd organise a family gathering in our garden and started panicking closer to the date that we really didn't have the infrastructure for a hot day! The garden party bundle saved us and was really reasonably priced. Delivery and pick up were on time with a very polite driver. A successful day and a company we won't forget and will recommend to friends and family!

The carpet cleaner was delivered early and collected on time. I appreciated this. The instructions for use could have been a little clearer-particularly regarding the use of the white bucket to fill the clean water vessel and where the detergent should be added.

Very prompt delivery and great items. A slight mix up in the specific item, but brilliantly handled and received the right item within an hour. I was very pleased with the dry hoover as I wanted to do a nice deep clean of our flat without breaking the bank or owning a super strong hoover. Super easy drop off and pick up. We hired games equipment and a water urn for a summer party. The delivery was straightforward and it was great to have use of these items for the day but then return them, meaning no storage space was needed for them. The company was very accommodating when I had to change collection arrangements. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

I rented 2 cooler boxes, and a volleyball net for the day. The delivery was very convenient and came on time which was great. Unfortunately the cooler boxes did not have wheels on them which was inconvenient for transport however i was very impressed with the size of them. The volleyball net was great however there was no mallet to help peg it into the ground. I will definitely use WhyBuy again for any event rental needs.

I booked the carpet washer, and the machine was delivered and re-collected within the time frame I choose. 1lt additional washing product was included in the rental package. Were efficient customer service with ( I used Whatapp chat) I needed more info and I received answers to my queries within 10 minutes. I will definitely rent it again next year. All good thanks. Luca

I thought this was a seamless experience all round. We rented a 3 man tent which was in excellent condition, easy to put up and squeaky clean. It was even delivered a day earlier (as the team was in the area.). It was also collected on time and communication in general was easy. I would use WhyBuy again.

We rent the hot dog steamer, the ice cooler table and the juice dispensers for a birthday party. The material was in very good condition. Delivery and collection were perfect (on time). We were very satisfied with the service: highly recommended.

These guys are excellent. They were cheaper than others, but the service was tip-top. I needed to postpone a rental because of sudden changed circumstances - they answered the phone straight away, postponed my rental even though device was in the delivery van, and then let me have it two weeks later with no extra charge. If only more businesses were like this to deal with!

Used them years ago a lot and again recently. Very simple and convenient, delivery was a little late but they called me in advance to tell me.
Easier than I thought it would be and there was clear communication.
Awful don’t waste your time or money hiring from this company! They will bring faulty goods, late then have the audacity to question your credibility when dealing with your complaints. With zero customer service and no support or procedures in place for escalating complaints, you will be left out of pocket and feeling completely ripped off! My whole saga began with an order for 20 crates,and various other items, the day before delivery I was contacted to say only 6 existed however during the call 2 more mysteriously turned up, utterly ridiculous and 8 crates being insufficient for the move intended I subsequently had to cancel as the items were for a function the following day , I put down the shambolic misdemeanour to a one off and decided to place an additional order of an ice machine , once again Whybuy turned up at 22:00pm for a 18:00pm delivery , the driving citing traffic as their excuse , no instructions were given with the ice machine or directors on how to use , as it was so late there was no one to report the gigantic dent too! However I trusted the machine to work surely this company who cannot adhere to delivery times would ensure their appliances worked?! As you can imagine not only did appliance fail to churn out one ice cube in 2 hours it went onto link and cause flooding during my elderly mothers 75th birthday surprise party! I am so angry at this company whose only response was it works here ! Never Ever again
