The quality of the wood was very high and it was thicker than I thought it would be. Although I didn't use it that way, the key hole template was a very nice surprise/addition.

Custom made rosettes…
Just received some custom made rosettes for a stair project. They look fantastic, are very qualitative, and are made exactly to order. Wild Woodworker was really responsive and great to work with when figuring out the best dimensions. Turnaround time was quick. Would definitely work with the company again when the need arises.

Quality of the wagon wheels is great
Quality of the wagon wheels is great! Web page was difficult getting to the 6” wagon wheels I wanted so took several tries calling, playing phone tag with Evan. When spoke, we got the wheels ordered and shipped.

Thanks for the honest feedback! I'm glad to hear the quality of the wheels hit the mark. Sorry for the hassle getting to the 6” ones—definitely not the experience I want folks to have. I'm often deep in the shop, covered in sawdust, when the phone rings. I do my best to return calls ASAP, and I'm glad we got everything sorted in the end. Thanks again for sticking with it!
