I ordered wheels and I gave them the wrong size for the hole. I returned them to have the hole enlarged only to find out the wheel could not carry the size. He suggested a different size and gave me 15% off for the new wheels. He didn’t have to do that because it was my error. These are custom done and there is no refund.
He went beyond my expectations with the new replacements. They are perfect. The workmanship and price value were great, but the customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. He deserves 10 stars, but 5 is all the survey went up to.
Hi. I have shipped my outdoor furniture wheels back. I mistakenly thought the size was the radius, not the diameter. Perhaps you could make that more clear on line? I've ordered the right size from you and hope to receive a full refund.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to reorder the correct-size wheels with us. We understand how frustrating ordering the wrong size can be.
We do strive to make our sizing as clear as possible to prevent this. As noted on the product page, both the text descriptions and the image diagram explicitly state that the measurement refers to the diameter, rather than the radius.
Regarding your return, we will process it as soon as it arrives. Because every item we sell is handmade from scratch, we incur significant labor and material costs to create each piece. For this reason, and as outlined in the return policy provided at checkout, all returns are subject to a 28% deduction. Your refund will reflect this policy.
We appreciate your continued business and hope the new wheels work perfectly for your outdoor furniture. If you have any further questions about your return processing, please reach out to us directly
Beautiful work, excellent quality, and great service. I'll be returning for sure!

You responded quickly
You responded quickly. I still think you should fix your computer so that one can give you a billing address and a shipping address that are different and the system will bill and ship to one’s PO.
Keep up the good work.

It is perfect Wood, perfect size for me too mount a 4 in. medallion we recieved for my wife being an organ donor, who unexpectedly passed away after 40yrs. together in her memory. Thank You
This owner operated business truly deserves a 5-Star rating. I placed the order, then I was contacted to approve the layout/drawing and Wild Woodworker customized the location of the screw holes in the back of the wood plaque per my instructions. Wood plaque was delivered within a few days to my home – top notch quality. I would definitely order again from Wild Woodworker!

Just what I needed
These wagon wheels were perfect for what I needed and I have already ordered another set, The lazar cut spokes were a bit of a challenge but I rounded them up nicely using a rotatory tool to soften the edges and sculpt them up a bit to give them some wear.
