The only good thing was that I was approved right away. But that's when the scamming part comes in because they didn't send me anything saying that my interest rate would be 558% until after the funds and then want a payment a week after receiving the funds!!!!! Crazy right yeah real big scam!!!! I do not recommend!

during the approval verification process the CSR was noting certain details of my personal banking account. and as i was talking it occured to me I did not furnish any banking details. so the CSR said he was looking on the screen from an agency called "Decision Logic" it may be a third party company but regardless doing so without authorization is definitely an invasion of my privacy. be aware using underground lenders!!

Overall has been a good experience, it was easy to get a loan but towards the middle of payments Willow Lake did duplicate my charge. It was beyond difficult to communicate with them the urgency of this matter. They stated that it would take two business days to complete the assessment of this matter. I will say I did communicate to them on a Friday so I did expect them to be ready by the next Tuesday or late Monday evening. I did contact them in the morning of the charge being removed! Overall wouldn’t use them again.
