The case of the freezer door !!
When I ordered the freezer door for my RV it went super smooth. Delivery was prompt as was the communications . My husband was able to repair our existing door so I am in the process of returning it . I called and was given a # and told to cross off my name and write RTS on the unopened box and take it to UPS . It was delivered to UPS today . So I’m hopeful all will go as it should with the return.

They sent me different locks than what was shown in the pic on their website. I was able to return them for a full refund. The lady Marie my girlfriend spoke to via email was super nice and helpful. She ended up ordering us the correct locks for my toolbox with weathertech and apologized for all the hassle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Needs to be more companies and people like that out there. I would purchase from here again.
