The game selection is great and withdrawals are reliable. However, claiming certain promotion bonuses requires extra manual step with live support, which takes a bit of time. Hope they streamline the promo claiming process directly in the app.
Bad experience, they might make you win during first few months you join the games, after a while they will eat back triple to four times of the money they paid. All my friends around experienced the same disaster like me. So pls wake up guys before it’s too late.
I’ve been trying out Winbox for a while now, and overall the experience has been quite good. The slot games from providers like Lucky365 are fun to play, and the RTP feels okay. Managed to get some small returns after a short session, so that was a nice surprise. The interface also looks clean and everything runs smoothly on mobile. Only thing is the customer support can be a bit slow to reply, especially during peak hours, but once they respond, they do try their best to help. Overall, still a solid option for Malaysian players who enjoy casino games.
