I have ordered numerous gift baskets from Wine & Champagne Gifts over the years and never had a problem. This year I made a mistake and double ordered a basket for one of my friend. Even though it had already shipped, they refunded my extra purchase and canceled the order. Very impressed by their baskets and their customer service!

This site might be a scam. Never shipped order and claimed it was already delivered, (despite tracking showing it was never picked up by ups) and then went radio silent.
