Old Stale Christmas items sent on May
was the recipient of a get-well gift sent in late May. The company sent a stale, leftover Christmas basket instead, and their customer service has completely ignored my emails for a week. Absolute radio silence. Do not trust this company with your gifts.

I would like to bring this to everyone’s attention. I have worked with this company, but unfortunately, they have not made my payment after getting the work done. Because of this, I will be sharing my experience across all social media platforms. If I do not receive my payment by tonight, I will consider this company completely unreliable. They have already blocked me from all communication channels, which clearly shows unprofessional and dishonest behavior. As discussed on the call prior to placing your order, you requested next-day delivery in NYC. We had informed you that to ensure next-day delivery, the order needed to be placed before 3:00 PM EST. However, your order was placed at 5:48 PM EST on March 31, by which time our final shipment for the day had already been dispatched at 4:00 PM EST. Due to this, we were unable to process the delivery within the requested timeline, and the order was canceled accordingly. Please note that we initiated the refund on the same day.
