Thanks for your feedback. UPS & FedEx are a separate company and operates on their own procedures. Ideally, shipments should arrive on time to its end destination without any issues or delays. But unfortunately, that is only possible in a perfect world. We offer Next Day air when it needs to be accelerated. Everything will be easy with our good communication.

The bottle was hard to find, but Vinitgeque had it. It arrived in perfect shape via UPS. The packaging for the shipment was absolutely amazing. From order to door in less than a week for a something hard to find. Good job guys!

FedEx Scheduled delivery: Wednesday, January 20, 2021 by end of day, We would appreciate your prompt respond to these comment so we can clear this up or we'll be forced to intercepted the package, cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.
