Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, very responsive. Robert was a big help with navigating through the website and answering questions about vintages on hand. I would definitely choose La Vinotheque again, for shipping domestically and internationally!

Thanks for your feedback. UPS & FedEx are a separate company and operates on their own procedures. We specialize in shipping gifts to hard to reach places across the US and providing those bottles you might not be able to find in your local liquor store. We're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less and save the UPS shipping charge we encourage that! Thanks again and we hope we find something special for you in the future.

Discovered La vinotheqe while searching the internet for a specific wine. They were very helpful on the phone and provide the information I needed about the specific wine I had found. Price was reasonable and the shipment can within a few days. Will do business with them again.

Made purchase as a gift
Made purchase as a gift. Received product but felt somewhat deceived because these were half bottles. Could have purchased full bottles for $19.99 from another vendor. Not the best value for my money. BUT will look for future sales and free shipping from this company in the future. Delivery was prompt.

I searched the internet over looking for my favorite brand of Belvedere. Local stores were misleading, stating one product then when ordered not what I was looking for. La Vinotheque not only had the product I was searching for and shipped timely! I was so happy!! I have book marked this site and will do all my future business with them!
