Taman Connaught Service Complaint
Dear Wing Heong team, First of all, I like your bak kwa but not your services. I would like to make complaint for bad services I experienced at Taman Connaught outlet. I made purchases there twice with the same worker (didn't ask for her name but she was wearing specs). Her attitude is terrible and impolite. I asked her for more details about membership but she just ignored and answered with impatient attitude. Also, when I ask to weight the bak kwa myself just to make sure there's no any inaccuracy, she rolled her eyes at me?!? Please provide more services training to your worker. Quality of product is important but service is also very important. Hope to have a pleasant purchase next time at Taman Connaught with friendly staff (not the poker face like I owe her 100mil)

Tasty but avoid inserting small pieces of meat
Nice and tasty BBQ meat, but avoid inserting small pieces of meat together with the normal sized meat pieces.

The taste of BBQ meat was not good as before, i bought it on 18/12/22 from Kepong branch. The most disappointed was the taste of the BBQ sliced pork was really bad. Not worth for the money I pay, decided to stop buying anymore
