In comparison with other bakwa makers, WH needs to improve on the meat's taste and ensure it is NOT so hard. Apart from that find the meat's smoky flavour totally lost. On another note, always provide customer with fresh batches eventhough we may order earlier than CNY.

Hi Paul, thank you for your time leaving your feedback on your recent order’s tasting experience with us.
We were genuinely sorry for that unpleasant experience you had. As in Wing Heong BBQ Meat, we take taste and quality seriously and also customer experiences.
Unfortunately, we fail sometimes, glad that you made a heads up on this and let us know. We will improve this in the coming days and months to provide you with a better next-level experience soon.
Cheers~
Individually wrapped bak Kwa is good but consumers need to open the wrapping without the need of a pair of scissor. Especially when you want to consume the bak kwa outside your house for eg when on a picnic.
I still find that the one from my sister in law which she bought direct from the store tasted so much better from the one I purchased online send via courier delivery. Anyway this is my experiences. So next time I will buy direct from the store but the queue is superb long during cny. So that’s why I try to buy from online
the taste are too bad compare with last year. too thin and i too strong pork smell. I would love the previous years one than this year. Not sure what happen to production.

Hi Veron, thank you for your time for leaving feedback. Apologies for what you had experienced earlier on your purchases with us. We noticed that a few customers have the same situation as yours, and yes we are terribly sorry for that, we are investigating the root cause and working on an improvement plan on this at the moment. For now, I sharing with you some basic knowledge on our BBQ Dried Meat shelf life. For traditional normal packaging can last for 10 days.
It is advisable to consume it within 10 days shelf life, if you feel that you can't finish it within 10 days, we suggest to keep refrigerated to lengthen the shelf life and reheating it when you want to reconsume. Once again, appreciate your effort and time. We wish to serve you again~
Wing Heong takes their customer satisfaction very seriously. Their swift action in replacing my earlier order is really impressive. It’s also a big plus that their meats are delicious. Keep up the good work, Wing Heong!
Excellent service which seller provided online order and deliver to home.
Also the bacon meat were so fresh and delicious. Paper bag for also provided accordingly, this is very convenient to send to friends as gift.
I bought Wing Heong for the first time for my father to eat. And he loved it.
The ones we got covid wasn't as nice.
So i ordered from Wing Heong three times already from CNY until now.
My mom said that your pork floss wasn't as nice as the ones we get from Village grocer tho - said not as fragrant.
But we'll definitely buy your bak kwa for next CNY again.
* I should have ordered extra bacon bak kwa last order.
