Can not order products, The site is a shamble, go into the Euro site and cant order anything because the default menus has a American district that has to be filled in, The new product ranges don,t specify what there aircraft hardware is for! they could easy say for instance the FMC is for 737 or 777 but they put strange numbers assigned to the hardware. The products look great there site has a lot of improvements needed.

wouldn't recommend bc of quality

First of all the website kinda sucks, I tried to purchase a Orion 2 Throttle Combo like 8 times because the checkout never worked. When it finally worked the shipping took about 1 week, which is fine. The real problem is that not even 2 weeks after receiving the Throttle the Wing Fold knob broke off, even tho I pretty much didn't use it at all. (I also bought their PTO2 panel, which has its own Wing fold switch, which is the reason why I didn't use it) I reached out to the support and they said they could replace it but I'd have to pay for it because quote:"the image clearly shows the broken part is caused by an external force, which is not covered in the guarantee. " The price to pay was 6$ for the switch cap and 27$ for delivery which is overpriced in my opinion. I would definitetly rethink my choice if I'd have found out about this earlier.

0 star if I could, avoid!

If i could i would have given 0 star, or even minus. Recently purchased their Ursa Minor, took 2 weeks to arrive within Europe. Issue with the stick right out of the box, even after calibrations. Reached out to customer service, followed their instruction to recalibrate in SimApp, but did not solve the issue. It has been multiple days and they deny it's a factory fault. The X axis when inputting full left can not be maxed out, the value shows between 2000 to 5000, and the deadzone drifts after every 15 min. So the Fenix A320 ECAM constantly warning regarding recalibration. Poor quality and poor customer service, their denial is unbelievable. I just checked my invoice, and I clearly don't see me ordering this bullshit in it. It has been almost a week, their customer support is ridiculous. Sending videos after videos, claiming it is not a hardware issue but a software issue, despite this they refuse to let me return the product.

Terrible customer support and fake sales

My delivery was sent to the wrong address and then returned to sender, their customer support constantly delayed any information saying "we have no info from our warehouse" or "we have no info from the carrier", and then tried to give me a refund without the shipping costs. Guess what when you sell in the EU and the package is not delivered the shipping fees are your responsibility. Also I realized that their website has fake ongoing sales all the time, so the product I purchased with a 60$ "sale" still costs the same amount after 2 months.

Broken part, no warranty, terrible customer support

I have several devices and in the last 12 months I had 3 mechanical defects in in those. When contacting support I learned that the part that recently broke is an "accessory" and as such there is no warranty. Additionally they determined that the part broke because of misuse and proposed I pay $25 (later changed to $20) for replacement. For a small piece of plastic where a throttle detent attaches. This is what you should expect from WinWing - anything breaks - no warranty or your fault. If you want something replaced or repaired - preferably send the damaged part to China at your expense (not refundable even under warranty). If you have a problem with their rules, keep in mind that all your relations with this company are governed by the laws of "State of Sichuan of China" (as per their website). Which makes any claims against them difficult and any protection you might be used to under US and (especially) EU laws will not apply. I usually don't care about the laws. Companies I dealt with in the past simply care about the customer and stand by their product. WinWing does not. If something breaks - they will tell you that you broke it. It will be your problem and your expense to fix it.
