Wanted to Produce a custom Trading Card line, the Person I was assigned with was extremely uncooperative, ignored my messages and always waited that I ask the next question to even proceed with the process. After that I wrote a mail in order to get a different contact person and file a complaint, also unanswered.
I once collaborated with WJPC. Only when the time for shipment was approaching did I learn than my decks had not yet been produced, which caused me financial losses. In addition, I have witnessed many situations similar to mine, such as color changes, severe dalays, etc. This is a company that is so chaotic.
