I first bought Wolky sandals about 25 years ago. I had Plantars Fasciatis . These shoes were prescribed by my Podiatrist. Since wearing them I have been PAIN FREE! The leather is beautiful and they last forever. In the past 25 years I have purchased only 5 pairs. I love them…would definitely recommend them.

I ordered the wrong size and was able to exchange shoes without a hitch. I now have three pairs of sandals with two pairs over four years old and still going strong!
The entire process
The entire process, from ordering to receiving, was seamless. The sandals are incredibly comfortable, in fact, I carefully tried them on and walked around the house a bit (just incase I needed to return them)... they felt okay. I decided, OKAY, I'll keep these, and wore them out.... for a number of hours... NEW SHOES... totally forgot I had them on. That's a first. so yes. Really wonderful.

I bought the Pichu, jean-multi sandal 11 years ago at a nice shoe store at my previous address. My sandals are still being worn but now I have bought a new pair from Wolky.com. I have been so happy about the fit, comfort and style of the sandal. I was pleased that the same shoe was still being offered. The contacts and shipping were timely. Im a big fan of Wolky!
I purchased a pair of shoes
I purchased a pair of shoes, but ordered the wrong size. I have requested a return, but is not able to speak to anyone to explain my desire to exchange for the correct size. I called the 1-800 number but only get a menu list and after waiting there is no answer and the phone cuts out.

I am a long time customer of Wolky’s. I always look for the new designs Wolky create, I enjoy looking at the new shoes. The descriptions of the fit of the shoe, what type of foot the shoe is designed for makes it help to make a selection. The shoes do not wear out. I get a new pair just for a new design I like. The delivery of my purchases is quick and secure.
Loved the sandals , didn't fit
I love your product but I do not live where I can buy sandals in person. I have to order via the internet. You were easy to deal with. Since the previous 4 pair of your sandals I had purchased were size 37 I assumed that I should order a size 37. They were too small and I regretfully had to return them. Now when I travel I will have to look for your Sandals and find out the size I need to buy. I will purchase Wolky Sandals again.
Poor from start to return
The show leather was stiff and unyielding. They sent an email that the shoes would arrive 2 months after the order- that was incorrect and the shoes arrived quickly. When I went to return them had to wait over 24 hr for a UPS generated code. Poor tech all around and poor quality leather for premium price. Shame- they need to invest.

Once an order is processed and shipped, a separate confirmation email is sent with tracking information reflecting the actual shipment status. In some cases, system-generated estimated timelines may appear alongside tracking details, but these do not override the shipping confirmation once an order has been fulfilled. Return labels are typically generated and sent within 1 business day of the request. In this case, there was a slight delay; however, we did reach out during the process to provide an update. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within the standard 14-day timeframe as communicated at the time of the return request. I received my Desh sandles promptly and in perfect condition. The website recommended ordering one size bigger because they ran small. I did that but they were too big and now I’m waiting for the smaller shoes to arrive.

Pre-Ordered on March 2 only one pair eventually delivered
Pre-Ordered on March 2. Was billed full amt on March 2 even though merchandise was only partially delivered to me on April 15. Initial order confirmation stated 'estimated delivery date' but this was delivery to Wolky USA...NOT delivery to me. I had to enquire by email and Mady very politely explained. My partial shipment eventually happened on April 15, but only one pair of shoes was shipped to me. I have since reached out several times by email and phone to explain that I am missing one pair of shoes. No one has ever answered the phone (either phone number). No one has answered my question/concern re: my missing shipment. I have the shipping doc showing that only one pair of shoes was delivered. I have given up trying to get an answer and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I don't think I'll order from Wolky again.

Thank you for your feedback. The delivery dates shown at the time of purchase are estimated timeframes for when the product is expected to arrive, not guaranteed delivery dates to the customer. This is especially the case for pre-order styles, as our shoes are handmade and production timelines can occasionally shift. To clarify the timeline, both pairs in your order were pre-order items placed on March 2 with estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout. One pair became available sooner and shipped on April 15, while the second pair remained on backorder due to production timing. On Monday, I responded to your inquiry with an update regarding your order. On Tuesday, you requested a refund, which I processed promptly once received. I’m sorry for the frustration this experience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
