I had a great experience working with Kristian at WOOP Insurance. He was very helpful in assisting us with finding auto insurance. Initially, the quote appeared to offer only minimal savings, or so I thought. When I later received the auto renewal from our current insurance provider, I realized the rate had increased by more than $150. I contacted Kristian to see if we could secure a better rate while keeping the same coverage. He carefully reviewed everything and was able to save us $479 bi-annually. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Kristian was patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I also appreciated that he mentioned WOOP Insurance will continue monitoring for any future increases.
