At 20:30 the boost was started
At 20:30 the boost was started, at 23:55 it was announced that it would still take 12 hours. At 12:30 on the next day I asked and was changed to 20 o'clock. At 21:45 the task was completed

Clean and efficient
Everyone I interacted with with kind and professional. The guild who did my boost was kind enough to let me game out P1 (though I don't think they wanted me to but no one said anything lol) The kill was as efficient as it could be given the nature of the fight. Job well done.

Gold purchase LONG wait
I have purchased gold. I made this purchase 4 hours ago and it still has not arrived. I have talked with multiple representatives who I will say have all been helpful and friendly. However the website claims a one to two hour waiting period and I’m on hour 4 still waiting for my gold. Maybe don’t put wait times on your website if you cannot guarantee said wait times.
