From bad to good
My last experience prior to this one was not great. WowVendor contacted me and offered me a credit to compensate me for that poor experience. They definitely turned my opinion around and they delivered to the standard that I would expect. Great customer service and great acknowledgement and quick rectification of a poor experience. Definitely won me back to their service!

Bad experience with Order/Support Chat
Honestly, My first purchase was great but this recent one seemed to be a flop in regards to ETA and any fixes being provided to order. It feels if you don’t purchase express then your order gets dragged way longer than originally stated almost making it forced to purchase express in order to get order completed in the timeframe that is given. I came to the conclusion based off my first order being express and this one was NOT express. When reaching out to support all I was told was “let me contact booster” and after that the conversation just closes to rating it with the support going offline , was no help at all with hardly any communication. I trust the platform don’t get me wrong but after this experience I will be using another service to meet my needs.

I have ordered many times from them…
I have ordered many times from them without issue. Not this time. Some reason this last time the boosters seem to die in an M+ on purpose so I wouldn't hit my key or my rating. It will be the last time I ordered from them .

Power-Leveling 81-90 and full Midnight Campaign. Great service - fast and reliable. They did the job even faster than expected. Too bad it did not included the last two chapters of the campaign 12.0.5 and 12.0.7 (Revelations). Still 5/5.
