Summer special
I received a phone call from a very friendly individual who was offering a summer special wine package. After hearing a description, detailed wine list, and pricing, I decided to purchase. My package arrived within days, as promised.
Failure on Delivery Services.
Ordered 2cases. One damaged in route, returned by shipper. 2nd case arrived on Wed. Driver failed to deliver. Advised will deliver Thur. Received 2nd case Friday pm. Still waiting on replacement case. Unknown arrival. FEDEX is del service.

Long time customer. Great when it works. I've purchased 2 "deals" that come with a gift card for future purchase. The gift card was never sent the first time. And the second time it had $0 balance. And customer support is very difficult to work with. They tell you to wait 24-48 hours for a response and hope you give up. Well it has worked on me. I give up.

i had talked to the agent that took the order and i asked for the same as my previous order, and he told me tha they were out of that brand of ALBARINO. but then he told me of other brands he had available and i took it to be another brand of Albarino, but it turns out to be a totally different wine! i did not order anything but the Albarino. he should have told me that there was no Albarino in stock, what can i do now?
