Packaging was good but I misunderstood that I would only received one piece of Gish. Overall I will order again.
Very easy to order and get shipped
Very easy to order and get shipped. Fish is flash frozen so very fresh. My only complaint is that there is a lot of packaging because it is shipped in dry ice.

We're happy to say that everything other than the food-safe vacuum bags for the fish and small bags to hold the dry ice, is curbside recyclable. Absolutely satisfied with Wulf's
In my long history of purchasing fish and seafood from Wulf's, I have never been disappointed. They offer a large variety of good choices; they ship it very quickly and it is always cold when it arrives. The customer service at Wulf's is second to none. A few years ago I experienced a problem with shipping which was not their fault. One phone call to them and I was sent a replacement order. I am very, very happy with Wulf's in every way. I order my fish only from them.

Wulf’s Fish is the real deal.

Thank you for the great feedback, David! Indeed our -30F super freezer locks in the flavors and quality of the fish immediately after cutting so that the fish will taste like their straight out of the water!
Fast delivery, good fish, still some bones left
Fish came fast, and was well frozen still when it arrived. I got a white fish bundle with about 5-6 freezer sealed fish. Fish was good as expected but in both the flounder and grey sole there were still a few bones. I was a bit disappointed in that.

These fillets are generally boneless. Because they are flatfish, they do not have the hard pin bones found in round fish. However, because everything is hand-cut, though very rare, there is always a tiny chance a rogue bone was missed during the filleting process. I'll make sure to let our team know! I have purchased from several well known seafood companies. I prefer Wulf’s over the rest because of the quality, selection and service. The fact they carry bone-in swordfish chops alone sets them apart from everyone else. Our seafood dinner parties are always a wild hit because of Wulf’s seafood. Outstanding!

Hi David, thank you for the feedback and a 4-star! Depending on the fish, thickness may vary due to its natural shape. A 7oz fillet might be thick but very narrow, or less thick but wider. Other than the shape difference, both are equally delicious! Most importantly, we always ensure 7 oz or more of fillet is in each package and our team focuses on packing similar shaped fillets together to make cooking multiple at home easy. Thank you again!

Hi John, thank you for your feedback! Very sorry that the vacuum seal came loose. That's usually caused by rough handling during transit! While the fish are safe to eat, the loose bags can cause the the fish to have frost/crystals once it leaves the box and gets into the home freezer. Could you share via email [email protected] which fishes did not meet your usual experience? We'll take care of you right away!
Customer for life now - awesome
I became a new customer this year. Wish I had found this company sooner. The quality and taste of the fish is exemplary. I am now hooked on the white fish box. Last month I splurged on the scallops. You could smell the ocean when you opened the bag. The taste was incredible. I will definitely splurge on scallops more often. So impressed with the fresh taste of all the products so far. The prices are reasonable and the items are packed with extreme care. Highly recommend.
