I placed an order with 360onlineprint, and by mistake I input the same file twice for the front and back of the business card. Yes it was my fault but I realized immediately and emailed customer support I was then hit with an automated oh well email and basically told to pay attention next time.

Website very easy to use to design business cards. Arrived quickly and were exactly as I imagined them.
Normally a 5 star experience
I would normally give them 5 stars because their flyers are always excellent quality and their prices are hard to beat. Unfortunately, this order was packaged differently than usual. The flyers themselves were perfect, but they weren’t rubber-banded into bundles like previous orders. I ordered 2,500 flyers, and they were loosely placed in the box, causing many of them to become creased or folded during shipping. I hope this was just a one-time packaging issue because I plan to continue ordering from them.

I recently received my order that was prefect as ordered, I did receive a second box that had my name on it but it was not my order. I will send it out if you are able to send a link and I can print out a postage paid label to the rightful customer!

I am retired and I miss giving out my business cards to various people, so I designed & ordered a box of 500 business cards. I have a logo, contact information, and my name in italics. I will probably never need them, but what the heck. Inexpensive and the design process was very simple.

I was hesitant and nervous for them to arrive, because the creation process and order process was so simple and fast. I didn’t know how the quality would be with such a quick and easy process, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were perfect and I cannot wait to order more.
