Great price

Great price, very fast. Only issue was the card design was not well centered so the blue edge was missing on one side. But it was designed by AI so I don't know who is responsible for that.

360 has produced well-organized print projects for me.

360 has produced well-organized flyers and stickers for me. The turnaround time is a little on the long side (like 2-3 weeks until delivery to the US), but the products are great and the prices are less than half of what I could find in the States. I definitely plan to continue using them whenever I need these types of services.

I Am So impressed!!

I had a problem fitting my prepared image on the card template. I ended up putting a small black border on my JPG. I received the cards today and they are amazing! I had to pay a little extra for someone to review my work and I think they managed to fit my image on the card minus the border! I’m so pleased.

I've ordered before and had a good experience. Not sure how they've gone so wrong this time. Order placed 6/22/2026. Estimated delivery date 7/9/2026. When it didn't arrive I tried to chat with customer service- only the chat bot is NOT helpful and I couldn't find an email. I used the email I had from a previous order. They let me know I needed an edit but I was never informed of this through email. I made the edit. On July 6, 2026 I was told the new delivery date was July 14, 2026. On July 21, 2026 I was told there was now a "one off delay". When it didn't arrive then, I started to worry. On July 23, 2026 they blamed the carrier for not being able to locate the item. They proposed a reprint. I accepted if they thought it could be revived in 10 days.. On July 27, 2026 they once again asked if I accepted the reprint. With 3 days from the 10 lost, I said no. I wanted a refund.On July 29, 2026 they informed me my order was canceled and they issued a ""Loyalty Program" credit to my account with them which expired in one year instead of my requested refund. On July 30, 2026 they offered the credit plus 20%. Still not the refund. I have a dispute with my credit card. Please don't waste your time with this company, I've now read through the reviews. 360Print will probably paste the SAME response they've given other negative reviews. So before they say "sorry, we were unable to locate your order number..." My order number Is: 5022460. I have every screenshot saved so I have the receipts. They did delete my order from my account page and their credit, too. But, I have those screenshots as well.

360onlineprint is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL I am super impressed with 360. I have used them to make my business cards for my nonprofit and they are very professional, fast, affordable and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.

Subpar Quality, Inaccurate Shipping, and Non-Existent Customer Service

I ordered a total of 3 items, one roll of stickers and two custom stamps. The stickers were delivered first and are subpar quality; I've gotten custom label roll stickers, die-cut, and sheet stickers from various companies and these are just lack luster. The colors are not vibrant nor do they match my renderings, yes there will be some difference in person vs on a screen but to this extent? Additionally, the stickers are extremely thin to the point where I can almost see my finger on the other side on both dark and light backgrounds. I have yet to receive the remaining two items in my order as their shipping provider, TNT (being bought by FedEx), claims they are unable to deliver to my address. Despite it being the same exact data entered for the package they already delivered. 360onlineprint never gave me a tracking number, after I had a partial delivery I had to reach out for the tracking and to see where my items were as I was not informed they would be shipped separately. It took over 48 hours for a response to which they did not acknowledge the missing items or update my tracking, they simply sent a pre-written AI response requesting further details on my "damaged product" despite me never saying it was damaged. I received a separate system automated email from a 360online print representative informing me I needed to contact TNT regarding the delivery, was given a link to dig for the contact info, and given a "tracking number" that was also an shipment number & customer reference number. Upon talking to a TNT representative, they informed me that the only number provided was actually not a tracking number & that my address had a suite number and that's partly why it was unable to be delivered. My address, an office in an apt building, does not have a suite number nor have I ever entered one. But if part of my order was already delivered...then how is this an undeliverable address..? TNT said to contact 360onlineprint, 360onlineprint (who doesn't have public contact info or a useful ai chat bot) told me to contact TNT, but no one has any answers.
