Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.Made me wait 7 hours before they could even start solving my problem. They sold me accounts and they came linked to a temporary email, and the website for the email was not working, so i couldn't access the accounts. Still no solution, and they said that if i wanted a refund, it'll take 3 days.
