What people say
Likes and dislikes
I liked the mock exams so i could review the material before the exam. The dislikes were that I couldn't go ahead after not choosing a answer and having to press the arrow to back track and, not being able to choose which questions also when the multiple choice questionsi feel like its not a large of a warning.

Incorrect Certificate Printed Twice
I signed both my children up for Aceable. I signed one up for the adult course and one for the parent taught course. I was not aware that each child had to use a different email. I used my email. The wrong certificate was printed for the wrong child. I spoke to customer service about the issue and she stated she corrected it. I paid an additional $10 for the corrected certificate. STILL INCORRECT.

We're so sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the incorrect certificate twice. This is not the experience we want for our students. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your account details so we can review what happened and work with you to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
