Quality is not in the name.

Dentures broke before the 2 yr mark. Quick fix job, never fit very well and even though you get the premium set, you have to pay every time you need adjustments because they’re rubbing your gums raw. Adjustments are basically sanding them down which makes them weak and see through in spots, and they split right in half. Pretty much $3,600 down the drain and too nervous to eat anything chewy or hard in fear of them splitting in half again. Unacceptable and poor workmanship.

I have had the worst experience with…

I have had the worst experience with the fayetteville office. My temporary ones where hideous hurt pain sores after sores. 1.5 yr and half later I get my permanent ones and they suck they are too wide and horrible I go today and tell them the regional manager tells me I won't be getting NO refund After shes done charging me for all the extracts and the temporary teeth. Excuse me maam my temporary ones aren't even good youall ruined them ten times and over. Now my permanent ones at the bottom shes got the worn thinner too the point they look like they are going to Crack and this is acceptable for them to charge you close too 6000 and treat you like dirt and makes you suffer in pain and sores time and time again. They are horrible and for her to state i wont get one dime and ill owe her maam you wont be threatening this lady. And forget calling customer relations they dont give a damn bout you either. They will feed you lies and lines. But i will never refer anyone too this place. The customer relations had that regional manager be there for a reason today for my appointment and just to let you know I have her one video stating I wont get a dime back. This is horrible making excuses for why I had so many bones spurs and sores and now a bone popping out of my lower part is ridiculous too me. Im disgusted with the service and how they treated me during this year and half journey with them. And nothing is good the bottoms are going to break and this woman telling me, you wont see a dime from me you'll owe me

Not good customer service

I went back to get fitted for my final dentures. I was called the next day and was told I needed to make a return trip to do it again. After the third try they finally said it was good and set an appointment to get the new ones. After several text messages reminding me of my appointment, including one the day before, I arrived for the appointment and waited. Finally, someone comes in and said the new dentures hadn't arrived yet and I would have to come back when they arrived. I live 45 minutes each way and had to miss work on three occasions and now need to make another trip. But I guess they were paid a year ago in full, so they aren't too concerned now.

Ok, I've had the time to put my thoughts together. Let's start with the face of AD&I, Ms. Christina. She's an amazing CSR. Always smiling and respectful. Everything and everyone that comes through the door is handled with respect and a level of professionalism that is super refreshing. Next is Ms. Amber, she explains the entire process and eases your concerns. You can tell from the start of interacting with her that any fears you might have will be addressed. No worries, for sure. Dr. Longstreet, how do you tell others of his relaxed yet professional demeanor? And thorough? Oh Lord, if you have fears of going to see the dentist, this is the place you need to book an appointment. You can even set it up on their website. In summary, the back office is lite spirited. They pick and play with each other but, its done with a genuine care. I do hope this review eases your mind. So, go ahead and book your appointment. I promise you the entire experience will be enjoyable. Uncle Charlie
