Awesome dentists and staff. Go above and beyond. Found a crack in my tooth no one had been able to find for 20 years. Told me about bone graft procedure I was unaware of that enhances healing and yes it helped. Great pricing. Great service.

He was released too soon after surgery. He had blood pouring out of his mouth on way home, I'm driving on Rt 40, no place to pull over so I could get fresh gauze in mouth. When we finally get home, 62 miles n of you, I had an awful time getting him into the house due to the effects of the drugs. He wasn't even coherent until 6 pm. No one told me the side effects, honestly feel he should have stayed and been monitored by your facility until at least 3 pm. Poor communication, especially with billing dept. They kept saying we owed more, our insurance was only paying certain amount. Once we corrected them, they found their mistake. No one called the day or even the 2nd day after surgery to see how he was getting along or to offer suggestions. Very disappointed.
The consultant and procedure went fine. Nothing stellar, but nothing bad. But when I went in last week due to a tooth falling out of my partial that I have only had 6 weeks and was given a hard time and told I would have to pay for a new one I find that ridiculous. I was scheduled to come back I. December for my permanent denture, but i am currently looking elsewhere. If you cannot honor my 1700 dollars of hard earned money you have already collected and make the partial right in the meantime. I will not be spending any additional money at your business.
Customer service was excellent. Mom got full dentures and so far no complaints. She looks good and feels good in them.

They started to work on my repair before my allotted appointment time, which got the job done sooner and allowed me to get home earlier. The work they did turned out great. I would give them five stars but it bothers me that I am having the issues to begin with. Plus, I have to travel 3 hours, one way, to get the repairs made.

Olivia was the tech who took care of me. She adjusted my temps and removed stitches cutting the pain drastically. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Knowing what I know now, the dramatic weight loss, one of the worst after care diets you can imagine, a total disruption of your normal life in so many ways, unless things get dramatically better over time, the worst decision I could have ever made, very important things are never discussed with the new patients, some sort of deep in depth counseling going over what you are going to experience, the huge changes & adjustments your now having to make & face afterwards, seems like to me the only thing these people are after is a money issue, not about the psychological aspects of the after effects, unless things get drastically different, the worst decision of my life regarding my personal health & well being
