I was able to complete the denture pricess faurky quuckky. The Staff and Dr. Are all friendly and eager to answer questions. I will need to go in asap for a cpl adjustments. They are not fitting as well as I had hope. It hurts on the bottom level and the top.. neds something ... it makes me gag.
Horrible experience
I had used this company before and they did a great job about 3 years ago. However, this time I was seen 50 minutes late, was told they could fix my flipper but they didn't do it right. That caused me to have to buy a complete new one, which they botched as well. It doesn't fit securely and is absolutely the wrong color. When I questioned it, I was told I could get a partial refund and take my old one that didn't fit with me. Also, the actual dentist never came and saw me once and refused to come and take a look at my concerns. I will not return.
How to pay?
Thank you for your free initial exam, which confirmed that I need multiple extractions and a full set of dentures. I was impressed by your competent and friendly staff, however, I was not offered any of your advertised monthly payment plans. Instead I was given an El Río phone number, which I called, but they didn't offer me an affordable monthly payment plan. So that has been my experience with your office.
