I was given a pay in full price implants which was paid 9000+ and after 7 months of back and forth I was told that it was a discrepancy on the price and had to pay almost 3000 more to finish the process..feeling like a hostage I paid..the teeth are mini Snap on dentures poorly fitting giving sores and lop sided on both.top and bottom with a implant through the tooth..?looks like a cavity .I told them the problem they want 850 for another implant...fixed the problem dentures to fit...I'm 74 on SS...6/25 6/26whole year no vacation no choir or eating out to pay for this failure.. Cottmon Ave staff good service thumbs down...the patient is Not important to themonly.... Money Money Money...NO INSURANCE ACCEPTED FOR ANY PROCEDURE..it feels like a scam... The people they care about you. If you ask for something like fixodent they gv me some. Just over all the office is clean dentist take time with you. Iv always liked affordable dentures I high recommend you all to my friends. Just a great job done for all the caring and time they take with you.
The entire experience was great! I had all my upper teeth extracted, with no pain whatsoever! I got my dentures the same day! I would recommend affordable Dentures and implants to anyone needing dentures hands down!
The staff was very polite and professional. The quality of the dentures is not as good as my previous dentures. It could be the type of insurance that you have.
It did it started off good except for the doctor that I was seeing in the beginning, turned out to be not so nice to me. I let them know right upfront that I was terrified. I’m talking terrified and he acted annoyed with me and then told me if I was that nervous, why didn’t I tell them so they can medicate me and I’m like it’s in my record and then after that the young ladies that helped me are awesome. Felicia at front desk Awesome!! One thing I think they need to change is their messaging system when I call and leave a message to get a text back that “ Sorry we missed your call, what can we help you with “You need to change that because people are leaving a detailed message as to what you can do to help them so therefore change that to sorry we missed your call. We will return your call as soon as possible or something along those lines. I wasn’t totally sure what was included with the initial 4000.00, I just put out $260 for a silicone liner because they were slipping and so I’m just a little frustrated. I think it would be helpful if Affordable Dentures had more people who actually worr Dentures so when you’re telling the issues you’re having the pinching the slipping the rocking, they know exactly what you’re talking about. It’s hard when you have people who already have their own teeth in their head and they’re fine with them. they don’t understand what it’s like to have to chew food, which I have not really been able to do with someone else’s teeth in my mouth but other than that, I think affordability is awesome and the girls, women there are awesome.
My dentures don't fit , when I first got my dentures they were a little loose doctor said use denture adhesive come back in a few get them refitted I waited a year and when I came back they want to charge me 288 for a realignment.my dentures are so lose I can't use them unless I use a lot of denture adhesive the first doctor said come get them refitted anytime you have 3 years to get them fitted right,it's been a little over a year,my wife has dentures uses no adhesive eat nuts with them never had to get her dentures refitted,I guess twenty years ago they did dentures different,now they so use a ton adhesive,get them refitted or get implants.
The actual dentist was wonderful. He is thorough and good at what he does. Our first set of dentures was alright (they get loose and uncomfortable after you heal all the way and your gums start shrinking) and our permanent one's are wonderful. They fit way better and are nicely designed. No issues there at all. The office and facility is nice and clean and cozy feeling. Our only issues were with the secretary. Shortly after we got our first set of dentures, we bought a house in New Mexico. So before we made an appointment to start our final set, I called and talked to the secretary and asked for a timeline estimate on how long the dentures would take, give or take a little time and was told about a week. And I made sure to ask about both my fiancé and I because we have gone through the whole process together. A week. So I made the appointment. We had made our reservations for a hotel for the 17th of June to the 24th of June. Our first appointment was the 17th. We got to the hotel at about 5:00am on the 17th and got unloaded (I pack like we are getting ready for an apocalypse, so that took a little while) then made it to our appointment at 9:00am. We were told that they would call us to make the next appointments and when they did, it was made for the 24th. The day we were supposed to leave. It wouldn't have been a big deal had we not been told that there would be three appointments,but extended our hotel day by day,because sometimes things happen and we understand that. So we made it to the appointment on the 24th when we tried on the wax molds. Then same thing, we waited for them to call for the last appointment and when she did, it was for July 8th. I was a little stunned and told her that we were in town from NM (as I had told her on the phone call I made to make the appointments) and she paused and said "Do you want the appointment or no"? My fiance was pissed, I was upset, but we had already paid for everything. We had paid for the Ultimate Fit dentures and we were going to have to stay for the whole time. She explained that they were going to be out of the office on vacation for a week and nobody would be in the office. We ended up having to change hotels and move all our stuff to a place that had a kitchenette in it so we'd be able to buy and prepare our own meals. So our week long trip from the 17th-24th, was all in all three weeks that we had to be out of state and away from home and our family. Not a care in the world for our overly long trip. An extra $3500 of hotels, food and toiletries for us to pay, for something we had already paid for in the very beginning. It made us feel like our time and money was no big deal for that secretary. Since we didn't pay for these appointments (they were promised to us for the price we originally paid if we got in there before August) The dentist completely honored his deals and did all three of our appointments with broken ribs. He's a very nice young man. But the amount that we had to pay to stay there in Utah for three weeks was ridiculous.

These people are crooked
It’s my opinion these people are crooked and no one should give them their business.
They had me pay $1288 for a Full lower denture.
They had me believing that I was purchasing their new denture wear package.
Which includes a healing denture
Professional adjustments
Customize look and shade
Two year warranty protection
And a final denture at 12 months when your mouth has healed
They even wrote at the bottom of the contract that was signed with them
“ Receive your final smile in 12 months “
Wouldn’t you believe you’re purchasing their package?
Their current price for this package $1315 A difference of $27 from what I paid.
Now that we’re coming up on 12 months
They refused to make me my final denture.
They tell me that being I had insurance I was in my final denture the same day they pulled 10 teeth.
That means I was paying $1288 for a denture that I knew wouldn’t fit correctly after my mouth healed within six months.
There is no way in hell I would have agreed to that.
I had already had an upper denture made by a different company.
And I was in a healing denture for six months before getting my final denture I know how this is supposed to work.
In the end… they won’t even realign the $1288 piece of crap that they sold me.
Because they’re mad that I disagree with them.
And just so you know, calling their corporate office won’t do a bit of good either.
Those people will tell you that they’ll address your concerns but in the end they can’t make them do anything for you. So of course they’re not going to do anything for you. So what kind of help is that customer service?
Once again, I don’t think anybody should spend a dime with these people. They are crooked and unprofessional.

Everyone there is very friendly. They answer all the questions. Also they get you in and out fast. Im usually full of anxiety when I go to the dentistm I was very comfortable here..
Very professional I felt no pain. my the Dr was very assuring . She explained very thing to where I understood. She made she I was comfortable through the whole process.
Quick turn around time. Dentist and staff were chatty but I try not to talk a lot so it didn’t bother me…since I had stuff in my face but that’s the nature of dentistry
