I am giving a 1 star because the staff was friendly. Therefore, the partials I received was adjusted it several times. So, unfortunately due to the imperfect of the partials, my jaw was bruised, mouth in extreme pain and I had to go to my dentist to receive service the same day. I will not recommend this place for partials. I had to return my partials within 24 hours of having them.
They need to listen more to what the patient is telling them. They need better communation within the office. I came to the West Ashely office because I have a friend who had a wonderful experience. I started in Hardeeville and changed because Hardeeville is horrible. In the 6 months it took to get my teeth the only person who actually listened to me was the gentlemen who does about everything, I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Anyway glad its over and I never have to return.
I was so excited to get my new dentures!! I was treated rudely and disrespected when I told them that they were to loose and was told that they fit perfectly several times! Was not a good feeling or experience!
I don't think anyone should have twenty teeth pulled at one time. Would have been better off to only have no more than five at a time. I can not put my teeth in because of pain and gaging. Still having lots of pain and some bleeding.
My husband went to Affordable Dentures & Implants because he was on Kentucky Medicaid and wanted dentures. Before his teeth were extracted, we discussed the treatment plan and were led to believe his dentures would be covered. Based on those discussions, he agreed to have all of his teeth removed.
After the extractions, we were repeatedly told everything was moving forward. Then, on the day he was supposed to receive his dentures, we were told they were not covered and that we would have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket.
As a result, my husband was left completely without teeth. Had we been told before the extractions that there was any question about coverage, he would have never agreed to have all of his teeth removed without knowing he could actually receive dentures.
This experience has been financially and emotionally devastating. I would encourage anyone considering treatment to get every insurance approval and coverage decision in writing before agreeing to extractions.
First,
Cali, the receptionist at the Greenfield Forest Home location was very professional, nice and knowledgeable!
Give her a bonus please 💯
The dental nurse who did the fittings, along with the doctor were exceptional with their duties.. bonus also!
They ALL made me feel like family that dies right!
Early in the procedure but so far everything is going good no complaints.

Thoroughly explained process
Communication about the process was explained thoroughly. They’ll answer any questions you have. With patience and understanding you’ll have a seem less experience. The healing process can be different for some, but I believe if you follow instructions you’ll heal in no time. Extractions we’re completed same day as well as immediate dentures, but again with patience and understanding throughout the process you’ll be fine.
Great experience again with Lisa. Appointment on time. Lisa takes her time to make sure everything lines up and bite is correct. The entire crew is 100%
I highly recommend Affordable Dentures
THE DENTIST TOLD ME THAT MY TOP AND BOTTOM DENTURES MAY BREAK DUE TO THE INCORRECT WAY THAT THE PREVIOUS DENTIST DID THE INFERIOR WORK AND THAT THE ONLY OFFICE STILL OPEN IS IN NORTH EAST PHILA. 40 MILES FROM MY HOME IN PHOENIXVILLE PA. AND ANY SERVICES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE WOULD BE BILLABLE TO ME, AFTER I SPENT OVER $20,OOO .
They have put me through a lot of PAIN!!! after the implants were put in, one of them is crooked. Not straight. Lab supervisor said "no problem ". Well something is a problem because they have put in 2 3 tooth bridges. The first one was put in by a new dentist, didn't match up . It had an access hole for the screw on the side and the filling came out and cut my tongue up. 2nd bridge was screwed on in back and glued on in front. The space between bridge and my existing tooth had a gap that felt like a giant opening. They were satisfied with this and sent me on my way. (AFTER IMMENSE PAIN CUTTING 2ND TOOTH OFF.) Now it's been 3 weeks for my 3rd bridge, and I'm still waiting. I went there because their prices were better than my Dentist price. The old saying(You get what you pay for) is so true here!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
The dentist was very patient and explained the procedure. The assistant was also very caring and helpful with questions as well. Overall, the fear of a painful procedure was quite the opposite, and this was because of the skill of the dentists and his assistants.
