What people say

Never able to connect and threw it away

I just threw away a 200.00 device I was never able to use. My advice is save the frustration and anger and just throw the 200.00 in the trash now. I was very excited about airgradient. After countless hours of attempting to connect to the hotspot, having the device interfere with our wifi connection and to other devices I gave up and threw it away. You cannot connect the device to https period. Apple will not allow you to connect to anything g but an https. I attempted a connection on an android that was wiped clean and still could not connect the device to a hot spot. So, I just threw away a few hundred dollars. Very unhappy with this and do not recommend the device to a general user. I am tech savvy but not a programmer, so bye-bye Airgradient.

Very inaccurate- save your money

Very hard to connect with their minimal instructions. The machine is inaccurate: Finally reported PM 2.5 particles as "1" when local government ACI said the number was 39 and my Dylos recorded 42. The temperature and humidity was also off by 5 points temp (Airgradient 78 vs local therm 73deg; Humidity also off a few %) Elsewhere there is a warning that the company purchases a Chinese PM2.5 indicator which frequently reads only "1"--so this may be a known problem over a year old and unfixed!! I bought it specifically to track PM 2.5 due to relationship with lung disease and long term risks. I see why they refuse returns or refunds.. I am sure that lawyers have a term for their behavior??

We did have one issue with a product…

We did have one issue with a product not being as described (not assembled even though paid for assembled version); however, they did fix the issue with responsive customer service. Their products are innovative and serve an important function. We have more than one brand of AQI monitors and Air Gradient's products are shown to be accurate using these as well as the ones provided by the US Government. Recommended company.

If you need any kind of support

If you need any kind of support, do NOT buy airgradient devices. They have tons of excuses and then they disapear instead of replace a malfunction sensor for 10$. If you live anywhere, where it's below 0 degree celsius, do NOT buy airgradient devices. It shows 0 when it's really -4 outside, so if you trust the outdoor device. Things will freeze and get destroyed! Indoor devices seems to work at least!
