Not so friendly “brotherly love”
The experience was hampered by very rude parking attendant. The shuttle takes a lot longer than they informed me instead of the 15mins they stated it showed up well pass 30 mins.

Nothing went wrong. I prefer to talk to humans, not computers. Computers are better for your company, no need to waste time and money on actual people. I like to do business with humans, and will migrate to companies who offer human service when ever I can

The parking structure is very accomadating, reliable and safe parking. Easy admission to the structure using a credit card and easy processing for parking payment leaving the structure.

Late buses only 2x hour and no "security"
Premium isn't actually premium. Not even secured. Buses only run every 30 minutes but late then dropped us at the opposite end of the drop off from where we needed to be despite being the only ones on the bus.

I was able to park fast and the shuttle took us to the airport. We were gone for a few days and they kept our car safe. I will definitely use them again for long term parking.
