You owe me 16.62 that your website said was up front for Vista Parking. You said you'd send a receipt - you did not. A later message said my approved parking wasn't available. I called VISTA and they said it wasn't them, and they had plenty of open spaces. So you may hear ftom the bank or, if I could. some legal group. No thanks for your idiocy, send the money back.
It was very easy to choose and book a parking spot near the airport.
Wait times for ride to and from airport were unacceptable. We waited an hour from the time of phone call to be picked up from the airport
I would rate negative as I didn’t receive the required qr code to park until 4 hours after I had to park. I then had to pay in order to not miss my flight. I received this feeback questionnaire before I received a response to my “help” claim. Seems as though there are systematic issues with your processes. Not good for a service industry.

We have used Shepard Road Parking for a long time now. Never had a bad experience. These folks are always there, on time, and super helpful. Most of all, a human answers the phone when you have a question!!
The price was very reasonable. When we got to the hotel we parked, got in the shuttle and were at the airport in very little time. Same when we got back into town, we called the hotel, the shuttle came shortly after and we were back at the hotel and got in our car and drove on. Thanks Doubletree!
Great at first but turned into a bait and switch. Have reserved airport parking with the site a couple of times in the past with no issues. However, lately the site is playing bait and switch, luring you with great looking prices then the price jumps by more than 20% when you select the lot. I just book directly with the lots now and finding some of the lots to be significantly cheaper than what the site is advertising. Steer clear!

Used few years ago and still like the service.
The booking process was extremely easy and ALOT cheaper than parking at the airport. I received my email confirmation, showed up to the location, filed out some info and the shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. I will be using this service every time I fly out of that airport.
