Easy to use website - very convenient. I did have a difficult time receiving a confirmation email. I was able to print receipt, but when I printed it out, it cut off a small amount of barcode. Several days later, I was able to receive email, and it printed fine.

Had multiple issues using the barcode system for my prepaid reservation. Upon entry, the scanner failed to read my code, and no one answered the assistance button—I was only able to get in because a shuttle driver pulled up behind me. Leaving was just as frustrating: after waiting for another stuck vehicle, my barcode was again rejected. While the gate was eventually raised remotely, nobody answered the intercom or verified my booking. Unreliable gates and unmonitored access raise serious security concerns.

Very easy booking process and very convenient for parking and traveling. Clearly describes the locations and which one has shuttles and indoor or outdoor parking. Found the best location that fit my needs paid for parking and parked the car.
