The web site is very easy to use. It gives you options to choose what you are looking for at different locations that are available. The list of pricing at each location. What type of service is provided at the location. The check out process is easy to follow and once purchased you get information and instruction for that location. I have used this company many times to book my parking trip.

All in all, a very positive experience—the price, easy location to find, outdoor parking on the top level was plentiful, fast van service to LAX and back. This is my “go to” spot now!

3 hour wait - Company unreachable

Did not receive a confirmation email after booking. Had to call ‘Park4U’ directly for instruction. Pick up from airport was complete disaster- from the phones ‘out of service’, and parking company being unreachable for over an hour after I landed to waiting over another hour for my car to arrive. They ‘lost’ it, after it was mis-tagged. Terrible, stressful experience- I thought my car was stolen and the company was a scam!!!!

The ease of reservation, the QR Code access, the shuttle like every single aspect of creating and using and implementing the park and go, was easy and the people were so friendly. I will definitely be utilizing them again

The booking process was nice and smooth. The reason for 3 star rated was because I had a terrible experience with EZ Way Airport Parking. When I arrived for my reservation, the parking lot was completely full. Instead of being able to park where I had booked, I was told I had to drive to another location. This unexpected delay cost me valuable time, and I ended up missing my flight. What's the point of making a reservation if there isn't actually a guaranteed parking spot? The lack of organization and poor planning caused a very stressful and expensive situation. I would not recommend EZ Way Airport Parking to anyone who needs reliable airport parking. If you have a flight to catch, I'd strongly suggest parking somewhere else.
