Phenomenal Service

Used Ali Baba Cabs for the first time and I've got to say I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have received. I had booked my journey from Nottingham to Portsmouth for me and my family, we had been picked up by a female driver in a premium car. Me and my wife were both very impressed with the cleanliness of the car and how fresh and lovelynot smelt, it was surprising to me that my wife was impressed as she has OCD and always finds something to complain about. The drive on the journey was smooth and our driver made plenty of good coversation with us, which I really appreciated as most drivers for other companies do not really engage with customers. The price was very reasonable and I will most definitely be using this company and driver for all of my long distance journeys. Well done Ali Baba Cars on the service and professionialism of your company and kudos to you for employing such brilliant staff, she is truly a breath of fresh air. See you again soon.

I used Alibaba Cabs for a journey to and from Heathrow Airport for a holiday. I would highly recommend them.

I used Alibaba Cabs for a journey to and from Heathrow Airport for a holiday. I would highly recommend them. I was emailed the day before pickup and told the driver’s number for the next day. The driver also then contacted me and confirmed he would see me at 4am the next day. The driver was prompt and the journey smooth. On the return, again I was emailed with the driver’s number. He messaged me to ask me to let him know when I had got through passport control, which I did, and after messaging again when I’d collected my suitcase, he met me in Arrivals. All was smooth and I will definitely be using Alibaba Cabs again for my next trip.

The best driver in Nottingham

I needed transport from Mansfield to…

I needed transport from Mansfield to East Midland Airport for 2 people with 2 bike suitcases, and they were the best company I could find in the area. Firstly -good communication, transparent and competitive prices, and a very friendly and helpful driver who came early and helped me load my luggage. I also used their service for a return from the airport on my way back home and despite the fact, that my flight was over 1 hour delayed, I was updating my driver about my flight, and there was no problem at all. Special thanks to my driver Shami.
