notts-london
Currently studying in Nottingham and needed a cab to take me back to London. Amongst the 7 other companies I called, Ali baba quoted me the cheapest by miles. Although I spent 50 minutes bringing down and loading my luggage, he so kindly waited and helped me with a smile. I had many bags and suitcases but the cab was so spacious!! There was more than enough leg room and I was also offered complimentary bottles of water on entering. Had good chats with Jabs my driver. He’s very nice and friendly. :)
Overall I’m super happy with the service I received- will be rebooking for my journey back to Nottingham

I am a student from Birmingham originally from Nottingham. Near the end of the year, my dad wasnt able to drive to me due to car issues. I found this company through referral and it was an amazing service.

Was feeling quite ill and needed a last minute smooth ride to London to visit family and was very pleased with how comfortable my 2 hour trip was thanks to Jabraan! He was very considerate and helpful and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe with him. The car was very clean, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, great professional service and 100% would use this company again!

Second time we've used them and will definitely use them again
Second time we've used this company to connect with a cruise coach to Southampton from Trowell Services on the M1. Better than good they were excellent going beyond the ordinary taxi service helping with luggage and passengers with limited mobility. Good communications, just tell them your requirements and they go out of their way to meet customer needs. Our return journey a few days ago was delayed an hour and a half departing Southampton. But keeping them informed with latest estimated arrival time Shaami was at Trowell Services before all our luggage was taken off the coach. Shaami and Alibaba are highly recommended and hope they can do the same journeys for us later this year when we're off on another cruise.
in my last experience, I contacted the driver at 4 AM before boarding my flight to inform him that I would be arriving at Heathrow Airport at 3 PM. He didn’t reply at the time, but once I arrived, he was already there and got in touch with me immediately. This will definitely not be the last time I use their service.

I called Jibran while I was in a rush to catch a flight from Heathrow Airport during Ramadan. He arrived within half an hour and got me to the airport on time. Reliable, responsive, and professional service. Highly recommended.
Had a great experience with Ali Baba Cabs Taxi from Nottingham to Birmingham for placement. Jabraan was really nice & friendly, and managed to put all my luggages in the car with no fuss. Would definitely recommend to all students!
I used Alibaba Cabs several times in Nottingham and to or from airports, they are always accurate and their prices are very affordable and reasonable, special thanks to Manager Jubran and to Zeb who is very clever, accurate and cooperative
