I am very eager to start working with Alignerr and i think their system work great. I hope i will be a good fit for them.

What they don't say

I agree that the interview process is smooth and straightforward but that's where the positive experience ends. The communication is poor. So even after the stellar interview process and the onboarding, applicants are left scrolling Discord looking for answers. No one tells you that onboarding doesn't mean actual work. It means entering a queue of unknown length or results. While waiting is not unusual, hurrying up to wait for some unknown quantity seems a little scammy. Just tell applicants upfront that "you're qualified for a job" doesn't mean that there's any work for you to do at that time. It only means that you're qualified to wait until you get another email.

The thing that made me to experience is how the interview conducted...it's my first time but I feel comfortable I feel great especially concerning with dialog conversation...

My experience was generally good. The service worked as expected, although there were a few delays. Overall, I am satisfied and hope to see continued improvements.

What makes the company outstanding is the fact hat they are asking direct questions and from your experience they do not run around the ask you directly you do not have to take a long run in order to give an answer the questions are specific therefore the answers are specific as well.
