Alignerr AI Interview
Although there were some areas of delay that were a bit awkward, overall the experience of an interview leveraging AI as the conductor was highly enjoyable. I found the questions asked and the prompts to dig deeper a skill-set we look for in recruiters. I also thought the added layer of positive re-framing of the candidates answers was a way to put the candidate at ease and make the interview feel more comfortable.
All the people claiming “scam” are just disgruntled unemployed people who either used AI in their communications or work, or did not follow basic instructions provided in every project.
Alignerr is able to weed out nearly all unqualified applicants simply by posting clear, explicit, basic instructions that you agree to follow in your signed contract with them. The moment you fail to adhere to your contract (which includes following basic instructions) you’re going to be taken out of the worker pool and projects or simply have your account deactivated. Then you’re going to go online and claim they never paid you for your AI slop submissions. Or your ultra-low effort work. Imagine hiring a contractor to paint your house.. and the painter comes by and throws a cup of paint at your door and demands you to pay him in full for a completed house painting. Contractor life does not operate in such a manner. You must provide the client with the services they need, meeting the criteria and quality as outlined in the contract agreement, in order for money to exchange hands. It’s really that simple.
