I liked the convenience of this post mail service and the least amount of time it took to address my concerns and get business done. I didn't give five stars because it took too much extremism to accept a second ID.

I was just signing up for the service
I was just signing up for the service. And found the sign up process to go fairly smoothly. The notary service online was easy because of Luis’ expertise. I will be actually starting the mail service at month’s end. So nothing more to review at this time.

the whole set-up easy but kinda confusing. Your description of the drivers license as an acceptable id had me baffled so I contacted your customer service and the lady who I talked to straightened it out. She was very helpful. Please just ask for "Drivers License" and not the "US Territory blah,blah,blah!
